Self defence for women
It is right that women learn to fight? What does a woman do in a Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym (BJJ)?
The answer to the first question is yes: women must learn to defend themselves!
Faced with the increasing number of attacks on them, it is appropriate that they learn the main self-defence techniques.
The answer to the second answer is that if she is enrolled to one of our courses, she will learn an innovative self-defence method that will allow her to be more confident about herself and her own abilities.
In fact, we should remember that BJJ is the ideal martial art if you want to acquire a self-defence technique, because it assumes that a weaker subject has all the necessary weapons to defeat a much bigger and stronger assailant.
On the other hand, women, apart from learning how to fight, can also lose excess weight and tone their bodies by following the lessons.
